Project: An 1850's Simple Greek Revival, Duplex House, with 2000+ Sq. Ft., in Ballston Spa, NY. 

Owned for over 100 years by a multi-generational family, few upgrades had been made. SPD evaluated and created a plan for rehabbing property, for a duplex rental. The kitchens and baths needed to be completely gutted and restored, foundation work, an additional 2 full bathrooms were added - along with new electrical and plumbing, cabinets, appliances, tile backsplashes, laundry hook-ups. And, the rest of the rooms restored to their original character. The project was completed in under 3 months, and is now rented to two families, who can enjoy the space and make it their beautiful home.
