Project: A 1910 Edwardian Duplex House, with 2800 Sq. Ft., in Amsterdam, NY. 

Previously owned for 65+ years by a lovely multi-generational family, but unfortunately the upkeep on the property was just too much for them to continue with. So, they reached out to SPD and a quick cash sale was made. SPD known for making affordable beautiful rental living spaces for families, evaluated and created a plan for rehabbing property. The kitchen and bath needed to be completely gutted and restored - with new electrical and plumbing, cabinets, appliances, tile backsplashes, vent hoods, laundry hook-ups, tile bath surrounds. And, the rest of the rooms restored to their original character. The project was completed in under 2 months, and is now rented to a family of three, who can enjoy the space and make it their beautiful home, and with the previous owner now renting on the second floor.
