Project: A 1910 Victorian House, with 4000+ Sq. Ft., in Gloversville, NY. 

Four apartment units - A 3-bedroom on the first floor, two 1-bedroom apartments on the second floor, and a 2 bedroom on the top floor. All units hadn't been rehabilitated since the 1950's. SPD known for making affordable beautiful rental living spaces for families, evaluated and created a plan for rehabbing entire property. The kitchens and baths all needed to be demolished and fully restored - with new electrical and plumbing, cabinets, appliances, tile backsplashes, vent hoods, laundry hook-ups, bath surrounds. And, the rest of the rooms restored to their original character with fresh paint, lighting, and electrical. The project was completed in under 2.5 months.
